Gregory Liam has always been an outcast. In school, he is shunned for his odd behavior. If there isn't enough on his plate, Gregory--after a fateful trip to the doctor's office--discovers that he has a health complication similar to MS. Due to his illness, Gregory is excluded by his peers. His own father pulls away from their firm relationship, out of shock: His own son is now a cripple. While some of his teachers welcome him back, others resent him.
Greg's tough new lifestyle reaches a climax when is jumped and chased down the streets. In a dark alley, he is brutally beaten up. Left for dead, he is visited by an angel of beautiful countenance. Upon regaining consciousness, he staggers home...only to meet the wrath of his parents for staying out so late. Desperate to figure out who saved him--be they human or of divine nature--Gregory travels back to the feared alley...and meets a gorgeous young woman. Rejected by his peers, and misunderstood by his parents, he looks to this beautiful woman for guidance.
Gregory will learn about love, passion and promises. All is well, until threats from a certain gang starts arriving in the mail for Greg. If he is to survive, he will have to turn to the person he trusts the most: his lover.
