haha, sorry for the rant.  It happens when I wake up at seven o'clock in the morning for no apparent reason.

Wish I could do that. I slept in until 11. When I wanted to be up at nine. Ooops. Wink

And about the rant: That's okay. I think it's humbling to hear about other people's bad experiences (not that I enjoy hearing about them, it's all rather sad/tragic) but it makes me realize that I've had a much more comfortable and sheltered life. Which could be seen as both a good and bad thing.

Ah, I've had a good life.  Just some bumps in the road.  I am really blessed with my family and my love-boy (that's my embarrassing nickname for my boyfriend of four years).

You're lucky just to have a boyfriend. I don't have one. Oh, well. I'm probably not ready for one...

You don't need one.  Guys are trouble.  And they leave you feeling raw and vulnerable when you just want to be a shell.  Love is so overrated. Roll Eyes

I found him, and, trust me, it ain't that special.  Although in honesty, we do have something special, but that special-ness doesn't mean there isn't a lot of heartache and arguments thrown in there.  Grrr

Then why do you stay with him if he bothers you?

Okay.

Have you ever had to defend yourself? As in stab someone.

*Looks stricken.*
I haven't stabbed someone, but I did slice their face once. The guys(and girls) around here would kill for for drugs as soon as anything else.

Do fortune's fools know that fortune is fickle?

You're a young girl?  Here I was thinking you were an old woman.  I'm so confused. . .

You should see me with my butterfly knife.  Adam says I'm traumatizing with it, and I carved up five pairs of jeans with it.  I carry it around everywhere I go as well, but that's mainly because I'm the one that enjoys doing the threatening. Cheesy  Poor suckers that live within a fifty-kilometre distance. Cool

My age has not been defined on this site yet, like it has been for you, Gandelf.  Roll Eyes

lol. I hope you haven't threatened your love-boy with it. Mwhaha

haha, I flipped it out and held it to his chest, and then he just looked at me like I'm insane, a look I get from him, and all other people, quite often.  Then he snatched it out of my hand.  He is a lot faster and stronger than me. Roll Eyes
